Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

The present application has been filed for the following main prayers:

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.4, Lucknow to ensure compliance of the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.4, Lucknow in Case No.1574 of 2023 (Smt Arti Yadav and another vs. Puneet Yadav) and also initiate the further proceedings against the opp.party no.2 for payment of maintenance amount in compliance of the order dated 01.03.2024."

Counsel for the applicants submits in spite of the order passed for interim maintenance on 01.03.2024 in favour of applicants under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and also the order dated 28.02.2025 issuing recovery warrant and non-bailable warrant against opposite party no.2, neither he has complied with the order dated 01.03.2024 nor participated in the proceedings causing delay in disposal of the proceedings. He, therefore, confines prayer only to the extent of disposal of Case No.1574 of 2023 expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment, if there is no legal impediment.
