Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed for a direction to the Special Judge SC/ST Act, District- Bahraich to decide the S.T. No.586/2022 (State Vs. Sadavrichh and others) arising out of case crime no. 103/2022, under section 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1)(da)(dha) SC / ST Act, P/S- Rupaideeha, DistrictBahraich pending since in year of 2022, expeditiously within a stipulated period or as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the applicant quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicants are suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the trial proceedings in S.T. No.586/2022 (State Vs. Sadavrichh and others) within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the applicant is directed to move fresh application before the trial court for expedite disposal of the case concerned. In turn, the trial court is hereby
