Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that by mistake, he has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 BNSS bearing Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No.2964 of 2026, rather the same was to be filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C./529 BNSS. He prays that he may be permitted to correct the said mistake.

On oral request, learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to correct the aforesaid mistake during course of the day. After correction made by the counsel for the applicant, office has converted this application into Application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. and allotted new number as Application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. No.304 of 2026.

The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Ayodhya/Faizabad, to decide complaint case no.175 of 2024, under Section 144(3) of BNSS (Ramsawari vs. Brijesh Kumar).

The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 29.9.2024 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case
