Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record.

The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court concerned to decide Criminal Misc. Complaint Case No.921 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kudwar, District Sultanpur, within a time frame.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that case is pending since 2017 and there is no substantial progress in the case. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment.
