The present application has been filed with the following main prayer:

".....it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire proceeding arising out of Complaint Case No.1778/2023 (Narendra Kumar Vs. Lalta Prasad & others)under section 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C. Police Station-FatehpurChaurasi,District- Unnao pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Safipur, Unnao and also be please to quash the summoning order dated 08.10.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Safipur, Unnao in Complaint Case No.1778/2023 (Narendra Kumar Vs. Lalta Prasad & others) under section 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao, in the interest of justice."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicant no.6 is the wife of opposite party no.2 and there appears to be matrimonial discord between applicant no.6 and opposite party no.2. He submits that the husband has also filed a case for restitution of conjugal rights and out of matrimonial dispute, just to settle personal score, present case has been instituted and entire family has also been implicated in the present case.
