Heard Shri Abhishek Khare, the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Mohd. Asif Khan, the learned AGA-I for the State.

By means of the instant application, the applicant has sought quashing of the order dated 09.08.2024, the charge-sheet dated 30.04.2024 as well as the consequential proceedings of Case No.76296 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.310 of 2024 under Section 406/420 I.P.C. registered at Police Station- Gomti Nagar Extension, District Lucknow.

After advancing submissions at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant states that as he has already been enlarged on bail, he will file an application for discharge before the trial court and he does not want to press the present application.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the applicant to file an application seeking discharge from the trial Court.
