1. The present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 28.10.2021 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C., Court No. 1, Kaushambi in Criminal Revision No. 10 of 2020, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 31.10.2019 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi passed in case No. 92 of 2019, whereby learned Magistrate summoned present applicants under Section 406, I.P.C. and Section 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
