1. The present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 28.10.2021 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C., Court No. 1, Kaushambi in Criminal Revision No. 62 of 2019, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 6.9.2019 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi passed in complaint case No. 314 of 2018, whereby learned Magistrate summoned present applicants under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
