No. 23, District-Barabanki, relating the petitioners as well as the cognizance and summoning order dated 26.10.2021 relating case no.784 of 2021, Under Section- 498-A, 323, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section- 4 D.P. Act, Police StationKotwali Nagar. District- Barabanki in terms of Compromise deed date- 17.11.2025 (Contant as Annexure no.3. to this petition, and compromise verification order date 14.01.2026 as Annexure no. 5) so far as it relates with the
