Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

The present application has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 16.07.2025 and 28.11.2025, thereby issuing non-bailable warrant and order for initiating the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C., passed by the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow passed in Case No.20330 of 2022, State Vs. Hansraj Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No.202 of 2021, under Sections 406 and 506 IPC, Police Station Ghazipur, District Lucknow.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application on merits. However, he submits that applicants will surrender before the trial court and apply for bail. He prays that the applicants may be granted the benefit of the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

It is, therefore, directed that in case the applicants surrender before the Court below within one week from today and prefer bail application, the trial court will decide the said bail application, as expeditiously as possible, taking into account the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
