Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

In view of the proposed order notice to private respondent is dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to opposite party No.1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Mankapur, District Gonda to decide application for recall/restoration dated 4.4.2025 filed by the petitioner in case No.2069/2025 (computerized Case No.T202508300702069) titled as Anita Devi Vs. Nirmla Devi under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, expeditiously, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent No.1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Mankapur, District Gonda is directed to decide application for recall/restoration dated 4.4.2025 filed by the petitioner in case No.2069/2025 (computerized Case No.T202508300702069) titled as Anita Devi Vs. Nirmla Devi under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, expeditiously, say within a period of five months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
