- Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Tiwari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Mohd. Mansoor, the learned counsel for the opposite parties no.6 to 8 and perused the records.

- By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has challenged the validity of an order dated 06.12.2025, passed by the learned Additional District Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Gonda in Misc. Civil Appeal No.41 of 2024: Mushir Ahmad and others Vs. Shakeel Ahmad, whereby the appeal filed by the opposite parties no.1 to 4 and 6 to 8 against the petitioner and the opposite party no.5 has been allowed and an order dated 04.09.2024, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gonda in Regular Suit No.753 of 2024 directing the parties to maintain status quo has been set aside.
