Heard Shri Kunwar Bahadur Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Room No.7, Gonda to decide Regular Suit No.2096 of 2011 expeditiously.

After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the petition at this stage and seeks liberty to file an application for expeditious disposal of the suit before the trial Court itself.

The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with the aforesaid liberty.
