Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

In view of the proposed order notice to private respondents is hereby dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the respondent No.3 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda to decide mutation application under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code vide case No.3096/2023,computerized No. T202308300603096 "Rana Singh and others. Mrs. Usha Singh w/o late Vijay Bahadur Singh's Varasan Rana Singh and others) dated `12.5.2023, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case aforesaid case is considered and decided in a time bound manner, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent No..3 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda is directed to decide mutation application under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code vide case No.3096/2023,computerized No. T202308300603096 "Rana Singh and others.
