Heard Sri Shri Niwash Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sadar, District Mau to decide the SCC Case No. 1618 of 2024 (Dinesh Verma and others vs. Manoj Gupta), within a stipulated time period.

The petitioners have described themselves to be plaintiffs in the SCC suit.

Attention of the court has been drawn to the order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the petition to point out that the SCC suit was instituted on 03.09.2024. Thereafter, the contesting parties have put in appearance and issues were framed on 27.11.2025.

It is submitted that subsequently although several dates have been fixed but the matter has been adjourned for some reason or other, and the delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioners.

Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to conclude the proceedings at an early date.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed

of with an observation that the court concerned would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of six months , from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
