Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks to get an order dated 11.02.2025 set aside passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Balrampur whereby the trial court has granted an exparte injunction.

A specific query was put to the counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner has adequate relief, to which, he could not dispute that the petitioner has a statutory remedy.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition which is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy as may be available to him in law.
