Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Original Suit No.271/2020, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadipur, District Sultanpur.

Having considered the aforesaid submissions and from a perusal of the material on record, this Court finds that there are no accentuating circumstances to expedite the proceedings relating to the year 2020, accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say the same shall be considered on its own merits and appropriate order in accordance with law be passed.

It is also made clear that in case, if any, cause for expediting a suit of the year 2020 arises in future, this order of dismissal may not come in the way of the petitioner.
