"a) Issue an appropriate order or direction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India directing the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra, to take up and decide Case No. 1676 of 2025 "Dipika Sharma vs Shashank Sharma" under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra, expeditiously, in accordance with law and the mandate contained in Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955;"
