Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is permitted to implead Naib Tehsildar, Katra Bazar, Tehsil Coloneganj, Gonda as respondent No. 4 to the writ petition during course of the day.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondents are hereby dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to State-respondent to decide Mutation Case No. 8944/2022, Computerized Case No. T202208300508944, U/S 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Shivratree Vs. Asarfi Lal), expeditiously.

It is urged that though the matter is being listed but for one reason or the other, the aforesaid case is not being decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petition would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 4 considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.
