Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to private respondent, is dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the opposite party no.1 to decide the Suit No. T 202404230407203 under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 "Pushpa Vs. Rajbahadur" expeditiously within stipulated time, as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 1 considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
