Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondents is dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Suit No. 26 of 2016 (Ramnaval vs Smt Shanti Devi), expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners would be sufficiently met in case Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Ambedkar Nagar, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also that suit proceedings are pending for last ten years, without entering into the merits of the case, Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Ambedkar Nagar, is directed to decide Suit No. 26 of 2016, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
