Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned ACSC for the State - respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the goods were in transit when the same were intercepted and after interception, the supplier's registration was cancelled and the goods were seized, which have not been released so far. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal, which has been dismissed without considering the materials available on record.

List again as fresh on 06.01.2026.

In the meantime, counter affidavit be filed.

In the event the counter affidavit is not filed by the next date fixed, the seizing authority shall appear in person before this Court on the date fixed.
