Heard Sri Sumit Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and Sri Harsh Vardhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner has submitted that similar issues are pending before this Court wherein an interim protection has been granted vide order dated 11.04.2025. An interim order passed in Writ Tax No.213 of 2024 has been placed before us.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 does not dispute the position that the matter at hand is similar to the one which this Court had already protected the interest of the assessee.

In the meantime, it is provided that the petitioner shall not be liable to pay tax under the impugned orders until further orders.
