Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
In pursuance of the order dated 07.11.2024, the learned Standing Counsel has provided a copy of the written instructions which is taken on record.
As per the statement contained in the instructions, it is stated that the matter was lastly listed on 17.09.2024. The order sheet clearly indicates that on the basis of written instructions, the revision has been dismissed and for the detailed order, the parties were required to see the detailed order.
It is stated that while signing the detailed order instead of 17.09.2024, the date has inadvertently been mentioned as 17.05.2024.
On the aforesaid basis, the submissions of learned Standing Counsel is that the petitioner cannot be granted any benefit for any typographical or any inadvertent error, inasmuch as, it was clearly indicated in the order sheet dated 17.09.2024 that the revision has been dismissed and it was only the detailed order which was to be seen.
It is also not the case of the petitioner that he disputes the short order dated 17.09.2024 which has been brought on record as part of the Annexure No. 13.
In this vies of the matter, this Court does not find that there is any merit, accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to take recourse as may be available to him in law.
In case if the learned counsel for the petitioner moves an application for return of the certified copies, the office shall do the needful within a period of three days.
