"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to 3 to issue categorical guidelines in furtherance of the Circular issued by the opposite party no.2 dated 29.03.2023 to the effect that the petitioner is having a valid food service-restaurant license which also permits the petitioner to run dedicated smoking space known as Hukkah Bar under the Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places Rules 2008.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to permit the petitioners to run their business and not to create any hindrance in petitioner's business of restaurant and running of Hukkah Bar."
