This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-

"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 21.7.2025 passed by Respondent no.3 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 in Case No.3280 of 2024( Computerized Case No.D202410460003280) titled as United Bank of India Vs. M/s Omega Engineering Company and others.

2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No.3/Ld. Addl. District Magistrate (East), Lucknow to pass an appropriate order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstructions of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interests Act in case No.3280 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.D202410460003280) titled as United Bank of India Vs. M/s Omega Engineering Company and others.and put the petitioner bank to the physical possession of the secured assets as per the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State and Shri Pankaj Shukla, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5.
