- At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel that there is a significant age difference between the age of petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2. Petitioner no. 1 is aged about 39 years, whereas petitioner no. 2 is aged about 21 years. It is also submitted that it has not been averred in any paragraph of the writ petition that this is the first marriage of the petitioners. He also submitted that marriage certificate appended at page no. 12 appears to be a suspicious document.
