Devideen vs State of U.P. and 4 Others

Heard Shri Jaideep Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents.

In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his application/ representation dated 06.09.2025 be considered and decided by the third respondent i.e. District Magistrate, Chitrakoot.

Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has no objection to the said relief.

Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the third respondent i.e. District Magistrate, Chitrakoot to consider the application of petitioner and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
