Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 01.12.2025, and they have apprehension of life threat from the respondent no.4.

On the other hand, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has pointed out that respondent no.4 is a resident of Chhapara (Bihar), and he has to ascertain whether any FIR was registered in the State of Bihar in respect of elopement of petitioner no.1. He prays for and is granted two weeks' time to obtain instructions in this matter.
