Heard Sri Amit Kumar Tripathi, holding brief of Sri Ram Yash Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted that against an ex parte order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the respondent no.3, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 11.11.2025 registered as Appeal No. 3160 of 2025, along with a stay application, which is pending before the respondent no.2, and during pendency of a appeal notice dated 08.11.2025 has been issued by the respondent no.4 seeking to enforce the order passed under Section 67.

Sri Indra Mani Kushwaha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Gram Sabha seek time to obtain instructions.
