Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on their own will on 19.11.2025 as per Hindu rites and rituals and they have apprehension of life threat from the respondent no.4.

Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.4 are the residence of Gujarat and he prays for and is granted two weeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.

Put up this case as fresh on 15.12.2025.

Till the next date of listing, respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Aligarh is directed to ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioners at the behest of the respondent no.4 and his family members.
