Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj (respondent No.4) to conclude the proceedings of Case No.T202405470211083 (Gaonsabha vs. Uma) under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that application of petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no.4. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that application of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Case No.T202405470211083 (Gaonsabha vs. Uma) pending before respondent No.4- Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
