1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"(1) To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4/Padmavati Devi not to interfere the peaceful possession of petitioner over araji no. 2499 and 2501 which is situated at Mauja Bhojapur, Pargana Pachotar Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur and not restrain the respondent no. 4 to cultivate over the said land in pursuance of order dated 20/02/2020 passed by respondent no. 2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur in suit no. 2118 of 2018 Computerised Suit nо. T201914291102118 (Padmavati Devi Vs. Rampravesh and others) U/S 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006."
