1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

"1- to direct Additional Commissioner (Administration) Kanpur Division, Kanpur to pass an appropriate order on petitioner's application for interim relief dated 14.08.2025.

2- It is also prayed that till the disposal by her it is expedient in the interest if justice that this Hon'ble court may please to stay the execution of order dated 21.07.2025 passed by Learned Collector Kanpur Dehat."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the prayer made in the writ petition and is only confining for a direction upon the revisional authority to decide the revision, which is pending consideration.

3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the Revision No. 2634 of 2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
