- Petitioner claims that a lease for the land in question was executed way back in the year 1994. Cancellation proceedings were initiated in the year 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings were barred by the provisions under Section 198(6) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act. By the order impugned, the lease was cancelled and, thereafter, the revision was dismissed.
