Before filing the paragraph wise reply, the District Magistrate, Amethi shall get an enquiry conducted and shall submit his affidavit accordingly. While doing so, he shall also demonstrate as to how the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court dated 13.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 295 of 2022 has been complied.
The other opposite parties shall also file their separate affidavits in response to the writ petition in the light of what has been stated hereinabove, within a period of four weeks.
Two weeks thereafter shall be available to the petitioners for filing rejoinder affidavit.
