- Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
- This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"i- issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 11.09.2024 passed by Additional District Magistrate, (Judicial), Mandal Kairana, District Shamli, Tehsil Kairana in Case No. 768 of 2024 (Computerized case no. D202409720000768), Rajesh Kumar Vs. Gram Panchayat, Under Section 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and order dated 14.03.2024 passed by Additional Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Kairana, District Shamli in Case No. 12 of 2021 (Computerized Case No. T202109720400012), Gaon Sabha Vs. Rajesh Kumar, under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006."
- Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order impugned is unreasoned. After the remand, the petitioner appeared before the court below and filed his objections which has not been considered by the Tahsildar. Appeal filed by the petitioner has also been rejected.
