No one has appeared on behalf of petitioner while learned State Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 4.
Petition has been filed challenging orders dated 12th September, 2006, 27th August, 2007 and 28th August, 2015 whereby notice for demolition of construction raised by petitioner over plot in question was under challenge.
Learned State Counsel submits that there was no interim order granted in this petition which now appears to have been rendered infructuous.
In view of submissions advanced by learned State Counsel and upon perusal of record, it appears that there was no interim order granting protection against the notice for demolition.
In view of aforesaid, the petition appears to have been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such granting liberty to petitioner to file an application seeking recall of petition in case cause of action still survives.
