Haider Rizvi, learned counsel for D.G.M.E. and Sri Shashank Bhasin, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 and 4.

By means of the instant writ petition the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite party no. 4 to provide the duplicate score care/marksheet/result of NEET UG 2019 Examination in which the applicant had appeared with roll no. 440715119 and application no. 190410716916. The petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard on 17.11.2025, wherein it is stated that the score card of the examination has got misplaced. The petitioner has completed MBBS course from some other country and he wants to apply and appear for Foreign Medical Graduation Examination but he is unable to do so because of non-availability of his score-care/marksheet. The last date for applying for the aforesaid examination is 04.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 and 4 has placed beofre this Court the copy of the order dated 21.11.2025 passed by Single Judge Bench of Rajasthan High Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15518 of 2025, wherein the Rajasthan High Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- before the N.T.A. to meet out the

administrative difficulty in issuing duplicate score card.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection against depositing the aforesaid amount for getting a duplicate score card.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by providing that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.5000/- with the National Testing Agency, tomorrow itself and the Agency shall issue duplicate score card to the petitioner regarding NEET UG Examination 2019 in which the petitioner had appeared with Roll No. 440715119, tomorrow itself and shall communicate to the petitioner forthwith.
