1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondents.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayers:-

"i) A writ, order and direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the Opposite party nos.2 to 5 to construct the interlocking road which is decided to construct in front of applicant's house for the movement of the applicant situated at Village Bheraura, Tehsil- Lambhua, District Sultanpur.

ii) A writ, order and direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the opposite party no.3 to decide the Representation dated 26.05.2025 of the petitioner as contained in Annexure No.5 to this writ petition.

iii) to issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. "

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Gaon Sabha has passed a necessary Resolution with regard to conducting of Interlocking Tile work on the road passing next to Rajesh Singh's house till the applicant's house, 85% of the

work was done but it was stopped by oral order of the Pradhan. The petitioner has moved an application before the Respondent no.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lambhua, District Sultanpur, on 26.05.2025 but no steps have been taken in this regard.

4. Hence, this petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayers.

This petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent no.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lambhua, District Sultanpur, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order after conducting inquiry. Such order be passed within a period of eight weeks' from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
