1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel, who appears on behalf of the State-respondents.
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayers:-
"(i) Issue a writ or order of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 21.05.2025 passed by Opp. parties and issued information to the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this petition.
(ii) Issue a writ or order of Mandamus thereby directing the opp. parties to provide the claim of the petitioner under the scheme "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" for providing amount of Rs. 5,00,000 to the petitioner expeditiously to meet the ends of Justice.
(iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
(iv) Allow the writ petition with costs in favour of the petitioner."
3. Let a counter affidavit be filed by the State-respondents within a period of four weeks.
