Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing counsel.
Under challenge is the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 whereby the Fair Price Shop licence of the petitioner was cancelled against which the petitioner had preferred statutory appeal which has also been dismissed on 13.10.2025.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on untenable grounds, the licence has been cancelled which is a malafide exercise of powers and also the appellate authority has not considered the matter in the correct perspective.
Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the petitioner, who if so choose may file his response within a week, thereafter.
