1. Heard Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. Power has been filed by Shri Vikas Pandey, on behalf of the Opposite party no.5, is taken on record.
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayers:-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the Opposite party no.4 whereby the Death Certificate dated 08.10.2003 issued in respect of the mother of the petitioner has been cancelled, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite party no.4 restore/ Re-issue the Death Certificate of the mother of the petitioner forthwith."
3. Learned Standing counsel who appears on behalf of the Staterespondents i.e. the Respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 says that order has been passed was Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad,

Gangaghat, Unnao. There is no counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent no.2.
4. Shri R.D. Shahi, appears on behalf of the Caveator, the Respondent no.5.
5. Issue notice to the Respondent no.4 returnable at an early date.
6. The petitioner shall take steps both ways within a week and file an affidavit of service within two weeks.
7. List this matter on 08.12.2025, as fresh.
8. Till the next date of listing, the impugned order dated 18.06.2025 shall remain stayed.
9. Office is directed to print the name of Shri Vikas Pandey as appearing for the Respondent in the cause list whenever the case is listed next.
