Learned Standing counsel for the State respondent has pointed out that by means of the order dated 29.04.2022, card notice was issued to the petitioner.
As per office report dated 15.09.2022, service of the card notice was sufficient on the petitioner, however, none has put in appearance.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
