Heard Sri Karuna Shanker Rastogi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dev Prakash Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the private respondents.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are two writ petitions and parties to the same have already settled their disputes. He further submits that since the parties have already settled their disputes, they do not want to press the petitions and application for withdrawal of the writ petition has already been moved alongwith an

application for substitution.
Sri Dev Prakash Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents also does not dispute the same. He further submits that he has no objection insofar as substitution is concerned.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, application for substitution as well as the application for withdrawal of the writ petition, are allowed . As a consequence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall carry out the necessary amendments in the memo of the petition itself during course of the day. Thereafter, the matter shall be consigned to records.
