Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief:

"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make the payment of honourarium from September, 2022 to May, 2025 and month to month as and when it fell due to the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Sahayak/ Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator in Gram Panchayat Hajipur Semari, Post Dihuli,Block Barnahal,District Mainpuri within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to pass an appropriate order and to ensure the payment of honourarium to the petitioner pursuance of its order dated 27.2.2025 (Annexure No. 8 to the Writ Petition)."

Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of provided petitioner makes a fresh representation before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 3 which shall be decided within a specified period strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 ventilating her grievance within a period of four weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order. On such representation being filed, respondent No. 3 shall examine the same and pass a reasoned speaking order, strictly in accordance with the law within a further period of two months.
