Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Petitioner is aggrieved for non-payment of 10% of gratuity amount to the tune of Rs. 4,01,761/- along with interest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the authority concerned, namely respondent No.- 3 on 15th December, 2024 and the same may be directed to be decided in accordance with law.
Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute to the above request.
In view of above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15th December, 2024 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
