"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to pay all the retiral benefits to the petitioner along with suitable interest on delayed payment, in accordance with law, on the basis of last salary drawn by him on 31.5.2021.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders upon the representation of the petitioner dt. 14.9.2024 (Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition ) within some reasonable time, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "
