The present writ petition is connected with WRIT-A No. 2000946 of 2001 (Om Prakash Sharma vs. State Bank Of India Through Its Chairman And 2 Ors) and a detailed judgment has been passed in the aforesaid case.
The case of the petitioner is at par therefore, the benefit of the judgment of Writ A No.2000946 of 2001 (Om Prakash Sharma vs. State Bank Of India Through Its Chairman And 2 Ors) is also extended to the petitioner.
The writ petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 21/23.03.2001 is hereby quashed and all the consequential benefit be given to the petitioner within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
