Heard Mr. Indal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent, Mr. Shubham, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.
The petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition for a direction upon the respondents to release the gratuity, pension, leave encashment, GIS, Bonus and other retiral dues of the petitioner within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for ventilation of his grievance, the petitioner has made several representations but to no avail.
It is painful to see that without any fault on his part, the petitioner is being compelled to run from pillar to post and has been forced to approach this Court for the payment of his legitimate dues. In the present time, authorities should pay attention in such matters pondering over as to how a person would meet out the needs in daily life of his dependents.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 is required to inform the respondents authorities either to pay the dues of the petitioner or show cause by filing the counter affidavit on the next date, as to why the payment of the petitioner has not been made to him till date.
Put up this case on 22.01.2026, as fresh.
